1. Prices shown are fixed and non-negotiable, otherwise there are a promotion.

2. Payment method shall be either via Cash Deposit, Wire Transfer OR Maybank2U OR Public Bank.
    The Bank Account Number will be given in our email to you when you confirm purchase.

3. Payment has to be made within 24 hours after the confirmation of order email is sent to you,
    otherwise order will be canceled automatically. (Please inform us earlier if there will be any late payment)

4. We will examine the condition of each product before shipping out to make sure it is in good condition.
    However, if there is problems with the items you received, we do accept some for return or exchange following our policy written below..
   * Items are returnable or exchangable within 2 days from the date of receiving. Please make sure it complies with our policy below before making request for a return or exchange.
  
Important Notes :
- Customers are required to cover the return shipping fees (when you send to us).
- Items must be return in the original condition including taps, tag, or packages. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
- Customers need to submit the request within 2 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 2 days will not be entertained.
- Request must be submitted together with photo showing the problems of the item.
- Items must be sent out from your side within 3 days upon successful request.
- Once we received the returned items, you can exchange with same design, style or color if available. If not, then you can exchange with other designs, remaining top up has to be paid if higher price item is selected. Balance will be credited back to your account balance if lower price item is selected. No refund is allowed.
- We hope our customers would understand that we are running a low profit margin scheme in order to provide a competitive product pricing. Therefore we will only cover the replacement shipping fees (when we send to you) for the items that are terribly damaged, massively stained or with prominent and obvious quality problems.

Returnable/Exchangable
- Items that are terribly damage or massively stained.
- Items that are with prominent and obvious quality problems. (Eg. Left right sleeve not balance)
- Wrong items from what you have ordered. (Eg. Totally wrong item code, style or color) (For this mistake, we will bear both return and replacement postage)

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangable
- Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
- Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
- Transparent slightly or bad odor.
- Size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.
- Customers who did not inform us and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
- Sold out items are not available for exchange.

    ** The Diva's Closet reserved the rights to change or alter the policy for any reason at any time without notice.

5. If buyers do not receive any reply from us within 36 hours, please re-send your email again. It might be a technical problem and we did not receive your email.

6. COLOR: Due to the different settings of monitors, colour of the real item may vary slightly from the photos on the website.

7. SIZE: All items are free size unless otherwise stated.

8. All accessories shown in the photos are not inclusive unless otherwise stated.

9. All information contained herein is subject to change without prior notice.

10. We will not be responsible and / or held liable to any items posted that are lost / damage in the mail.
